Then, Now, Next Resources
To recognize the 50th anniversary of the first coeducational class at Providence College and all the women who have helped shape the PC community, Friartown celebrated Then, Now, Next: 50 Years of Women at Providence College in the 2021-2022 academic year. This celebration was the product of collaboration among students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members with the following goals in mind:
-
Honor and celebrate the achievements and contributions of women whose lives have exemplified the Providence College mission throughout its rich history of coeducation
-
Strengthen relationships and build community among the current and next generation of women alumni
-
Educate and engage women alumni, students, and the campus community to inspire ongoing involvement and philanthropic investment that will help shape the future of PC
-
Enhance institutional reputation and brand awareness of Providence College among external audiences including prospective families, the regional community, and the higher education sector
This web page documents the stories, resources, and collaborations of Then, Now, Next.
